14 year old girl. The 5.5. is the final primary tooth. Do we need any x-rays? Any ideas about the diagnosis? Best regards to all of you.
Patient may have a congenitally missing Maxillary 2nd premolar or impacted premolar due to ankylosis although generally ankylosed primary teeth exfoliate naturally.

EliminarYes Marcus, you are right. Ankylosis of the tooth 55 and congenitally missing second premolar.
